Highly integrated, circulating deoxygenation
Product Overview
Laser quenching equipment for medium and large components
Laser is used to spray metal powder onto the surface of the workpiece, while forming a melting pool between the powder and the workpiece surface. Material deposition and forming are achieved by controlling the powder and energy input.
The oxygen content is controlled at ≤ 50ppm to meet the integrated printing requirements of various active metals such as titanium alloys, aluminum alloys, high-temperature alloys, and various steels. Circulating gas washing can control the internal oxygen and water content below 50ppm.
Support rapid and precise molding of large and complex components, such as rocket engine parts, enabling direct printing of complex internal flow channels and lightweight structures, significantly optimizing the performance and production efficiency of aerospace components.
Supports configuring 2-6 powder feeders, paired with powder buckets, to achieve continuous powder feeding without stopping, real-time powder mixing, and multifunctional gradient material powder feeding.
The processing space is up to 1000 * 800 * 900mm; the structure is compact, all functions are integrated into the control panel, and safety signals are interlocked.
