1.Industry Background Introduction

Petrochemical equipment often operates in environments containing various corrosive media such as CO2, H2S, Cl, etc., with high temperature and pressure underground and harsh working conditions. As a result, corrosion perforation and failure accidents caused by wear and tear occur frequently, seriously affecting oilfield production. The traditional surface treatment of components mainly adopts technologies such as carbon nitrogen co diffusion, martensitic strengthening, high chromium wear-resistant treatment, ion nitriding, etc., which have problems such as high energy consumption, low process level, high pollution, difficult repair, and high cost. Laser cladding technology can effectively solve these problems, significantly improving the physical and chemical properties of mechanical components such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and oxidation resistance.

在油井生产工况下,油管易发生应力腐蚀开裂,在腐蚀和机械载荷的共同作用下,裂纹不断扩展,最终导致断裂失效。

激光熔覆不仅可以对失效的零件进行熔覆修复,恢复原有的使用尺寸,也可通过熔覆层增强基材性能,有着极大的应用价值。


 ≡ 采用雷石专用粉末,硬度达60HRC以上;

 ≡ 熔覆层厚度约0.75mm,表面无裂纹等缺陷;      

 ≡ 熔覆层稀释率很低,在金相显微镜下可观察到平坦的熔合线;

 ≡ 对管直径及圆度影响很小,使用短节螺纹连接不受影响。
